Friendly staff, clean renovated large room! Missed fresh fruit but otherwise breakfast was very good! The only downside that needs fixing is the unfortunate miscalculation some engineer made with the bathroom faucet and sink and countertop sizing. The faucet neck barely reaches the sink bowl making it hard to wash your hands. It seems management had to restrict the amount of water allowed to come out of faucet to avoid flooding the countertop! Sp not easy to wash for lack of water and no room to put your hands under faucet! Otherwise, remodel is very pretty and modern! We both plan to stay again here as the positives way outweighed this one issue!

The AC was super noisy. Only one elevator working, I had to wait really long several time. I ordered a breakfast sandwich explaining I need it in 10 minutes. She told me ok and 15 minutes later it wasn’t here and I had to leave with my client coming to pick me up. A person came to the car and ask me to take it king of aggressively “seriously? take it dude” while I canceled the order at the counter politely before leaving. The sandwich was cold in the center, almost like frozen… couldn’t eat it

Location, restaurant and bar, wonderful staff, and comfortable room. Would stay here again.

Beautiful, charming building hearkening back to an older era. Staff was courteous. Only problem was the rooms are not build to handle temperatures in the teens (single pane glass with tall ceilings). A space heater could have solved the problem, but having none on hand staff relocated me to a room with a shorter ceiling. Given the outdoor corridor it's best to stay here when the temperatures are warmer.
